Worst rental experience. Dirty old houses that are over priced. We would put in a maintenance requests and it took months for the company to respond. The house we rented had an old shed that was trashed by the old renter. It took 2 months for management to come clean it out.
Day one in the house the hot water heater broke. That took 3 weeks to get replaced. I guarantee if the house was inspected by an electrical inspector it would have been condemned. At the end of our lease Mark Neighbor said we stole copper wire and refused to give the deposit back.
Mark Neighbor is not to neighborly. He and his company took advantage of a newly married pregnant couple.

Do your research and talk to licensed Real estate professionals before doing business with A O Home Solutions. I wish I did.
