I had a terrible experience with Tire South I dropped my Suburban off on Tuesday 02/20/18 to get my my rear air shocks done with no signals on my dash board at all. I go to pick my truck up and My traction light on and my abs lights are on so before I pulled out the parking lot I ask the guy why was those lights on ? He tells me well if you drive 15 mins they normally go off I say okay ?? I drove my car that day. Woke up the next day Wednesday 02/21 lights still on I drop my truck back off to Tire South before I went to work at 8 am so they can figure out if they didn't plug something back up or what? I call back around 11 am the man tell me the Mexican guy said that the lights were on when I dropped it off @ 8am and he took a picture of it @ 11 am on 02/20.... Really?? WOW was my response !!! Because I don't ride around with any type of service lights on in my truck at this point I'm furious. The guy tells me they googled it to see what was it and couldn't seem to find the reason that my traction light and abs light were on. I take my car to auto zone after I picked it up that evening after work to see what is causing these lights to be on ? the man tells me they didn't plug in all the components in my rear when they did my shocks. SMH. At this point I take it to the Dealer Ship (I have receipts by the way) The dealer ship tells me that the connector was unplugged and charged me $125.00 to tell me why my light was on and that they forgot to plug up my connector up on my rear.. I went back to tire south and showed them the receipt and Jake told me it was nothing he could do at this point. I don't know the reason why they left my connector unplugged being a female and have spent as much money as I have with them they always do my work on my vehicle. Women just be careful because these companies will do things to our vehicles intentionally take a male with you when getting service work done!!!! I'll never leave my truck back to them again. I'm hurt because I don't have money to waste or time. I work very hard. Woman be careful
