My one star is based off of two different interactions with the company. My first issue is when the company came to service my AC unit and give me a quote to replace the system. The tech was not informed of all of the requested work to be done, and showed up an hour after the appointment time without calling. Bobby did returned later that day to complete work and give me my quote, and all was good. I gave the company my business again, however now I wish I didn't. I spent $5000 on a new system they installed it on Wednesday and by Sunday it is now working. The system has not cut on once and it's hot as h*** in my house.
