Love this place. I would recommend it highly. The teachers here are top-notch.

I like the staff and the classrooms are relatively small compared to other programs. I do wish they had better retention, but I think it is the nature of working in childcare. There just isn't much financial gain and although I understand as an adult how important it is to feel adequately compensated for the work you do; I wish more could be done to secure staff that truly want to stay with the company so that the children have a little more consistency. The director and assistant director appear to work well together and anytime I have had a concern my concerns were addressed. The hours are great and my child seems to really like the teachers and his peers.
