Went to store to replace my 2 yr old Samsung as it would not hold a charge. Was told I would get a $60 trade in. Bought a new phone and a ellipsis 10 tablet that they were "doing a promo" on for $200 off. When I took old phone back the next morning for data transfer the trade in had dropped to $54. When I ordered a case for the tablet from Amazon, I discovered that they had sold me a 2015 model tablet without mentioning it. BEWARE!!

Helped quickly. Store is open. Salesman was very helpful.
