Preston Creek Apartments at 100 Preston Creek Drive, McDonough, Georgia.

I almost rented an apartment here. Paid the deposit, security fee, whatever.... Then when I arrived for my walkthrough, everything changed. The two bedroom two bath apartment was simply, hideous. As we walked through, I saw dead bugs, broken doors, holes in walls, cracks in the ceiling, and broken fixtures in the bathrooms. I'm not sure if the lady thought I would not notice, but I notice everything. I then pointed out the problems and she said she would call maintenance... What!? I was supposed to move in the next day. I politely called the office manager, Sheena- she was very nice BTW and informed her that I would not be moving in.
