Shipping was quick. Ordered several grasses. Planted them early spring, and they were dormant. We are experienced in landscaping and have planted grasses numerous time. Red pampas grass never made an attempt to grow. We moved it a couple of times, ensuring that it had the BEST place and location. Never came up. Contacted Wilson Brothers. Never received an email back. Went back to the claim number of the complaint, and when I clicked on it, saw that they had sent me an email about it. (I receive an email at least 2 times a week from Wilson Bros. Nursery, so I do not see why they did not contact me directly to my email, which is the way business should be conducted). Anyway, I am assuming it was dead when they sent it. Grasses are usually very hardy and are hard to kill....Will not order with mail order system again.
